i am utilizing this resource as we speak,i believe it is 10 dollars or less if u qualify,leave a message they will call u back...pdx area oregon humane society program i believe..they will interview u on phone to see if u qualify,they may be able to transport to and from as well....woohoo,with new girl kitty i feel a lil relieved as money is tight.

I am so glad that the Humane Society does this... Few years back we had our dog spayed and it only cost us $20.......   WHAT a HELP it was... didn't need puppies.... although I wanted them......
